Have you ever eaten something for lunch that was so so yummy that you couldn't wait to eat it again, so you make it for breakfast the next day?  I just did.

Have you seen this in your local grocery store?  I picked it up on a whim and I am so glad I did.  Yum-o!  It's a little tangy and slightly spicy and oh so good.
So here's the sandwich I had to make for breakfast:

Whole Wheat Flatbread
Sauteed Red Peppers and Onions in Olive Oil
Sauteed Portobello Mushroom Slices
Alfalfa Sprouts
Chimichurri Spread

So so good!  I thought I was buying pita pockets and when I got home I realized they were flatbread.  200 calories, but kinda worth it.  Next time I'll get pitas though and save the calories.
