Today's goal was to clean the house. Downstairs is almost done, I just wanted to write this before I was too tired to do it.
Tuesday's Goal: Eat a good breakfast.
Which I really have been doing, except for today. Today I had watermelon and I felt like I was STARVING all day. I still feel hungry, actually. I made "Smoothie kits" tonight and stuck them in the freezer so they will be ready to go when I want one. I might make oatmeal though. I really like how that seems to carry me through the day. Sunday I made apple cinnamon oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk and it was pretty amazing.
