Today's goal was to get out of the house by 10:30. Done. I left just after 10. It was a good day, but I am exhausted! 2 kids (I had my 2 year old niece is a lot of work. I chopped my hair off too. Yay. It was getting so shaggy.
Saturday's Goal: This goal has 2 parts. Part 1 is to get up at 8 to go for my run. Part 2 is to run the full 22 minutes. I think I'll be able to do it. Last night when I was running I realized that I wasn't miserable, and I was thinking about things besides running. It was a great feeling.
