Today's goal was to workout and weight train.  Check!
Since I started working out again I haven't been cross training.  I've only been been doing the c25k workouts 3 times a week.  Which was ok, it was a good way to start.  Now that I'm 6 weeks into the program and running longer distances, I need to work on building endurance and muscle tone.   The extra calorie burn can't hurt, either.  It looks like I will be working out almost everyday now.
Saturday's Goal: Tomorrow is my "long run".  It's a 20 minute run, no walking.  My goal is to do it.  Wish me luck!
