These are a few of my (new) favorite things

I love vinaigrettes but I usually hate bottled salad dressings. I LOVE these lite dressings! The Balsamic is always in my fridge. The Lime and Sesame Ginger dressings are also FABULOUS! The best part...a whole lotta flavor in a little bit of dressing means fewer calories!

This mustard has a bite to it! I have used it to grill chicken or pork chops, spread on sandwiches, and to dip chicken nuggets in. This has a ton of flavor so you don't have to use a lot. Best part? No fat and minimal calories! Now that I can't have mayo I use this with my "Chik'n" sandwiches.
I am aware that honey is not part of a true vegan diet. But I'm not really calling myself a true vegan. :)

Now, you have to be careful here! You can quickly go overboard on calories, but its so yummy, I'm willing to use some of my points. I splash a little bit in my smoothies to make them extra delish. At Winco, they are only a dollar a box! W00t!

An average sized mango can contain up to 40% of your daily fiber requirement. Mangos are also a great way to replenish that lost potassium. Deliciously rich in anti-oxidants, potassium and fiber - the mango is the perfect fruit!
Mangos are an excellent source of Vitamins A and C, as well as a good source of Potassium and contain beta carotene.
Mangos are high in fiber, but low in calories (approx. 110 per average sized mango), fat (only 1 gram) and sodium.

I love how quick and easy these are! I just nuke one for 1 minute and I am ready to eat! So far I have had them on a sandwich (with honey mustard, lettuce, and tomato) on top of a salad, and smothered in marinara sauce. I love the crispy texture and it really does taste like chicken! I feel like I am indulging myself with a chicken sandwich from the $1 menu at MickyDee's!

I love this soup SOOOOO much. The box makes it easy to portion out what I want that I will often have a mug of this as a quick snack between meals. There is so much flavor here and the texture is amazingly creamy...but it is practically guilt free and VEGAN! Their other soups are just as good but not all of them are vegan. The Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup is to die for!

I like to wrap these up in a wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. Sometimes I will use a little green taco sauce. Even my husband likes these and that says a lot, cause he really isn't into "Hippie food" :)

And last, but not least, my most favorite things in the whole wide world!
My Dear Husband with our Sweet Pug!
Note: I was not paid or even asked to endorse these products! I just love them so I thought I would share.
