I Have lost a total of 24 pounds since I started in Feb 2009. Over Christmas I gained 10 pounds back. Since starting Weight Watchers and VBD 3 weeks ago I have lost 6 pounds
4.If you are on a specific eating/exercise plan, what is it?
I am trying the Vegan Before Dinnertime Diet in conjunction with Weight Watchers. Basically, I stick to a pretty strict vegan diet until dinner when I can eat whatever I want. (But not really whatever I want because Weight Watchers helps me keep things in check.)
5.What is your favorite healthy snack?
Fruit! I always feel like I am cheating when I eat it. :)
6.What is the biggest life lesson you’ve learned on your journey?
Meat is NOT required at every meal!
7.What is the biggest strength you’ve discovered about yourself?
I can do anything if I put my mind to it.
8.What has been your toughest struggle?
Motivation...trying to do something with my day even though I am currently jobless. (There have been many days this year that I have stayed all day in bed. Since I have started my journey, those kind of days have been few and far between. :)
9.Who has been your biggest supporter and why?
My mom! She roots for me every second of the day and never forgets to tell me how good I'm looking. (I wish I could say my husband...but...well, that is another story for another time.)
10.When you get to goal, what will you do next?
I really really really really want to compete in a Triathlon Sprint!
11.What do you wish someone had told you when you first began?
That blogging rocks, and I should have started my blog earlier!

I started this blog 2 years ago to help find motivation to lose weight. It worked. Then I stopped blogging. Then I had a baby! Now I'm back on track and hoping to get into running again and lose that baby weight.
