Taco Soup (Vegan or non)

This is a way yummy SUPER easy soup recipe that can be started in a Crockpot in the morning OR on the stove an hour before you are ready to serve. Just make sure you have a good can opener or a very strong twisting arm. :)

Cook 1 Pound Ground Beef, Chicken or Turkey (If you are leaving the meat out, skip this step) Drain extra grease

To a Soup pot add to meat
(Don't Drain the any of the liquid!)
1 28 oz Can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz Can Pinto Beans
1 15 oz Can Kidney Beans
1 4 oz cans diced green chilies
(Because I left the meat out I added a can of black beans. YUM!)
1 Packet of Taco seasoning
1 Packet of Ranch dip seasoning (Leave this out if you are doing the Vegan thing)

Cook on Low in the Crockpot for at least 4 hours
If made on the stove cook on low for 1 hour.

Before Serving add
1 15 oz can of corn with its liquid and heat through.

You can serve this with Cheese (or Cheeze) Sour Cream, onions, ect....and Frito's make it extra delish!!!

Try it, you'll LOVE it! (You'll love how cheap and easy it is too. Great Party Dish)
