Daily Goal

Complete! Woo-hoo! I almost didn't go because it is rainy and a little chilly, but I decided I couldn't bail on my first Daily Goal. The chilly weather turned out to be perfect for a bike ride.

It did rain a little bit but not even enough to get my shirt wet. (I've been home for about a half hour and it just started to downpour! Good thing I went when I did!)



While I was at the library I picked up "Vegan with a Vengeance" by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. The recipes look super yummy and they use real ingredients! I'm really excited to try them and share them with you.



Tomorrow's Goal: Clean the house including LAUNDRY!
Go to my first Zumba class tomorrow!

*Side note: I grew up on the East Bench of Salt Lake City. Growing up we would ride our bikes everywhere and it was almost always downhill there and uphill home. Going east has always meant up hill in my head. Now I live west of SLC and I found that it was the trip there that was on the (very very slight incline) and going home, heading east, was the downhill. It makes sense, of course, because SLC is in a bowl....I just found it a little trippy.*

  4. Congrats on the bike ride and getting home before the downpour. It is really raining hard out there. I am going to make the Taco soup for dinner tonight. Seems like a nice chilly night for soup.
