Brand Spankin' New

There are some new things in my life that I love! I thought I would share. :)

1. I said bye-bye to Soy Milk and said hello to Almond Milk. One Cup of unsweetened Almond Milk has only 40 calories!

2. I downloaded the new Twilight: Eclipse Soundtrack and I am LOVING it! I am addicted to the songs "Heavy in Your Arms" by Florence + The Machine and "Eclipse (All Yours)" by Metric.

3. My new shoes!! Nike+ Zoom! They are cushiony pillows of goodness for my feet and my legs, knees, feet, and ankles felt great after my run.

4. Annie's All Natural Goddess dressing. Sooo yummy! Vegan, but full fat. There is a ton of flavor though so I don't need a lot.

Ok, that's all I can think of right now. Have a great day!

    4. I have always wondered about Annie's salad dressing but have been afraid to try it. What "flavor" did ya get?

  7. florence + the machines have another song I heard recently (nothing to do with twilight, I think it was in the background to an ad I saw) called 'a kiss with a fist' which I am absolutely loving at the moment, it's so upbeat!

Karen: I got mine at the regular grocery store. It was with all the "Health" foods. (Not refrigerated.)
