Wednesday meals and daily goal

Breakfast:
Kashi GoLean Crunch with Plain Soymilk


Lunch:
Tofu and vegetable stir-fry with black bean sauce over rice noodles (and a banana!)


Dinner:
"Pizza" Whole Wheat Bread spread with tomato paste and topped with low fat mozzarella, tomatoes, and dried basil. The salad is romaine with cucumbers, sprouts, garbanzo beans, pickled beats, almond feta, and Newman's Own Light Balsamic.

My daily goal was to kill my abs and my arms after Zumba...and I did work the arms and the abs, but I missed Zumba! I decided to ride my bike to the gym today and realized when I got there that I had forgotten my wallet (with my gym pass and my 10 punch pass for the Zumba class.) I was able to get into the gym, but not my class. I was SO disappointed! I think it's a little funny that I was so bummed to miss a work out. :)

Tomorrow's Goal: Try and beat my 5k time of 40:09

Also...2 more days to vote! Right now it's tied and I am NOT carrying my guitar up a mountain!

And

Last night I posted "What's with all the clouds? Ana needs her sunshine!" My Aunt then posted "You ARE the sunshine, Dear." That made me think...How awesome could life be if I made my own sunshine? Something to ponder and put into action!

  1. I always find comfort in knowing that there is always sunshine up there ... you just have to climb through the clouds to find it.

  3. I love your "pizza"! And I'm still shaking my head over your goal to kill your abs & arms AFTER Zumba. Every time I've attempted to do John's "kid" Zumba dvd my abs and arms are in agony!
