Leftover grilled yams with maple syrup and 1 cup Vanilla Silk. They were just as good as they were last night and really filling! I couldn't eat them all.
Leftover spaghetti squash with tomato sauce
and a Cucumber, avacado and cilantro salad with rice wine vinegar.

Daily Goal: My goal was to stay out of my bed ALL day and I am very pleased to report that I was successful. There were many times I was tempted to crawl under the covers but I stayed strong. I accomplished a lot today to. Today's daily goal is morphing into my first Weekly Goal. Once I'm out of bed, I'm out for the day!
Tomorrow's Goal: Stay at the gym after Zumba and work my abs and arms till they're screamin'!
I tried to run tonight. Tried is the key word here. After .6 miles my body said 'no more!' I was feeling so discouraged and a little mad at myself. Then I thought about why I was having such a rough go. Here's what I came up with:
a) It's my time of the month
b) I've always been lacking energy at the end of the day
c) It's my time of the month
d) I had a lazy weekend
e) It's my time of the month
Did I mention that it is my time of the month? Auntie Flo just sucks the energy right out of me.
I'm not going to get down on myself. In the future I just need to make sure I get my running done in the morning. I'll stick to yoga or walking if I leave my workout till the evening from now on.
