ReplyDeleteI'm craving my bed today too, but only because I'm at home sick. I'm sticking to the recliner because my husband works nights, so he's trying to get his real sleep right now. I don't want to bother him, but man my comforter is calling my name as well.
ReplyDeleteIt actually could be a sign of many things. If it's truly just a habit, then you can for sure take it one step at a time to stop. But if you feel like you just have to lay down because you are tired, you might want to talk to your doc.
