Okay, who says I can't set a New Years resolution in the middle of July?
I've been lazy in my eating and exercise. I've not yet gained, but I know I am not being healthy. I am starting to feel oogie again. AND, I haven't blogged in over a week! A WHOLE week!
So, I am starting over!
New Years Resolution #1: Back on the healthy eating track by counting calories.
New Years Resolution #2: Back to exercising. I've been slacking and using shin splints as an excuse...but there are things that I can do that won't aggravate my shins.
New Years Resolution #3: Blog. Every day. Even if it is a silly little post.
New Years Resolution #4: Start operation "Skinny Arms". Love my legs! HATE my arms. Time to fix that.
New Years Resolution #5: Be a better wife. Poor Russell. He puts up with so much. I really need to start earning my keep.
Okay! Here Goes!
Oh yeah, I ran a 5k on the 4th of July in Park City and got my best time ever!! 32:50. WOO HOO! The altitude was killer, and there were some challenging hills, but I did it! I loved it! And I felt great the whole day! Next 5k race will be under 30 minutes!
I lost a pound! This is the first time the scale has moved for a loooonnnnnngggggg time!
